At a push, you could wear a cream or a black polo neck with it; but there are much nicer skirts out there... Or get a knitted dress?

Have tonnes of dresses, really want a skirt of some description.

The elasticated waist appealed to me :)

Also really like the look of cable knit, but with norks my size it just looks awful up top.

I would go with a close-fitting jumper in a contrasting colour- green, blue, red etc. Black will work well too. I'd add a pendant necklace.

I think a fairisle jumper might look a bit too 'woolly' IYSWIM.
