Has anybody got the Didriksons Women's Isabelle Parka?

Im a size 12-14 (big boobs) and had ordered a size 14 but have just got an email to say they are out of stock now but they have a size 12 available.How does the sizing come up and could i get away with a 12?

If its the padded parka type - I found it unflattering across my bust, bit on the tight side. But I know others found it ok. Is it a free P&P and returns - you could get it and try it on for size and return?

Oh the padded one I tried on was more padded than that one. You should be fine in the 12 of that one, looks more like the one I eventually got the Thelma. The problem I found with the Thelma is that the inside material feels really cold and not cosy like a padded one would be. As long as you can get free returns go for the 12.

did it feel warm after wearing it for a while...rerally need a very warm coat and im getting a bit lost wuth all on offer.I dont like the puffa style ones and like it at least mid thigh but pref knee length - not too difficult as im only 5ft !
Need waterproof and warm and a hood....argh....didnt think it would be this hard to find a coat!

Have you seen the merrel haven? It is not stylish but it is really warm and very waterproof - I am on my third winter of wearing it in extreme temperatures(minus 15) lashing rain (walking to school and back 2 miles) and it has always kept me warm and dry. I am 5th and it is just above my knees I think.

No it stays cold. But it has no pad in it at all.

I've got the coat, but I'm not blessed in the boob department, but wanted to say it is fab - in fact I've just posted that on another thread. I have the 12 and I would say there is plenty of room for boobs in it. In fact I wondered about going down a size but couldn't be bothered/have broad shoulders so stayed with it.

It arrived today.It will go back tomorrow the sleeves are very long on me and bunch up and look odd.ARGH!!!
