thank goodness they are out, i never got round to getting any.

how should i accessorise? i have a pack of paracetamol and a water bootle but i'm thinking i need to be more co-ordinating.

Have you got a runny nose? I always like to base my sick-bed ensemble around whether I have tissues in a pretty box or have been reduced to a roll of loo paper.

What you should have is a slanket. Unless you are very sweaty. Sweating in a slanket would not be nice.

It must never leave your head until you are fully better. Get a wool one - you can just shampoo your hair through it, and the hat gets a wash too

You need to be hugging a hot water bottle with a cuddly animal cover on it.

How about some blue eyeshadow, blended touche-eclait-like UNDER your eyes to give you that 'I feel dreadful and really should be asleep in bed' look.

you also need to sport a big mug of strong coffee - proven to get rid of spinal tap headaches!!!!

and a definately a pathetic hat and a scruffy blaanket.

i read that about coffee, but i hate coffee.

headache better today, backache worse and now have antibiotics for chest infection.
