I did an online order on Tues and it said it would be in the shop today. I was avoiding home delivery as there hasn't been a free code for a while though typically I see on MN last night there's a new one now.
So went into town today and stuff isn't there. Manager asked me if I'd had a confirmation email telling me it was ready. Are you meant to wait for a confirmation email as I didn't see anything about that when I placed the order. There's certainly nothing on the confirmation email that says don't go to the shop till we tell you its definetly there.
