Great Plains sizing - help!

I've spotted a dress that I really like in Great Plains sale here www.greatplains.co.uk/product/womens+Dresses/J1MS6/Chantal+Lace+Contrast+Dress.htm
to wear to work event on Tuesday. Anyone got any advice on sizes? I'm normally a 14 but wonder if their sizes come up small??? Any help appreciated would need to order today!

I'm a size 12 and their medium fits me well.
