Alpha h or glycolic acid skin care

ivr been using the alpha h range for a week. It's glycol acid in varying strengths. My skin was looking quite good and it definitely helps with pores but now I've gone all scaly around nose and mouth. Is this normal? Is it going to peel off to reveal a complexion like Kate midders?!

Have you been moisturising well? The glycolic acid will cause your skin to peel as it's an exfoliant but using a good moisturiser will avoid the scaly/flaky look.

I've been using MD Formulations glycolic range for about a month now and it's made a massive difference to the appearance of my skin. Started using their peel at home kit a couple of weeks ago too and it really speeds up the results. Fabulous stuff!

Well no I've been using the moisturiser with the acid in it. Shd I use extra moisturiser too? Thanks grape.
