is it worth buying expensive jumpers and cardigans or do they all bobble and look old relatively quickly ?

worth it. tried to save, bought M&S, bobbly after the first wash. My expensive cashmere looks like new after 5 years.

Brora, for example, lasts forever. Even the kids stuff that gets worn to death (and stuck in the washing machine contrary to instructions)

Worth it. I've got 4 year old cashmere jumpers that look like new.

Worth it. Brora lasts forever so long as you keep the moths away. If you get a hole in it, you can take it to them to be mended.
