I have just bought this Joules dress but

I bought this one as I like the colours & print, but I've just seen the Roseable on their website & think I prefer that.

Could I have your opinions on both please?

I'm just under 5'4, size 14, blonde with blue eyes

Also, what would you accessorise with? I've bought dark blue (not navy) tights & some plum ones too. Was thinking of some sort of boot for daytime?

tan or brown boots would look lovely with either of the dresses - both look great!!

Both are lovely but I like the first one best.

I thought maybe cream thick tights and tan boots? Or cardi the same colour as your blue or plum tights. Tan boots or matching blue or plum suede shoes.

Keep the first one. I saw the second in john Lewis and its not as nice as it looks in the pic. Try navy opaque and tan boots. A long sleeve navy stripe breton under would look good.
