Mum ordered a fleecy sleepsuit as gift from ebay & it's turned up & not only is it the wrong design it is also a Primark Essential one which wasn't stated in description. It cost £17! Which I thought was expensive for primark, so before I complain etc I need to know how much one from the store costs - our nearest store is 1.5hr drive!!
Thank you

I looked at them a few weeks back, I seem to remember them being around £8.

Thank you, that's a massive difference in price!

I'm not absolutely sure mind you, but I don't think they were as much as £17.

I've just checked my mum's ebay purchase history & it states very clearly the brand 'primark' and in bold in the description it says Primark!!!!! Will probably find out the design she received is in fact the one she ordered!!! My mum is definitely a go to the shops person than internet shopper I think!
Sorry for wasting your time.

I bought my dd one on saturday from primark its pink and white fleece all in one and it was 7 pound. Really Shock at the price your mum has paid.

I know, she couldn't be bothered to complain so I said I would. However, don't really have a leg to stand on now seeing as it so clearly states it's primark in the description! She'd been searching online for ages to find one & none of the online stores (m&s, very, etc) have them with feet in or for age 9 so she obviously saw these on ebay & just bought it without reading bumpf! All i can say is the seller must be laughing. Oh & there was free P&P!!

In the sellers defence (kind of) my experience last year when we wanted to buy a primark all in one fleecy thing in December as a present for a little girl who really wanted one after seeing DD's they were oos everywhere and I tried 5 or 6 different branches. To me the seller is just taking advantage of supply and demand - probably snapped them up in October ready to sell pre Xmas. A lot of primark stuff goes for well over RRP on eBay - they do cheap copies of catwalk stuff sooo quickly and their best stuff sells out very fast.
