Help - bag for a wedding

After all the marvellous help with the biker boots (sadly the Rockport ones didn't fit and had to go back Sad but the Clarks black ones seem a winner, even though I really wanted brown...) I have another challenge for online shopping that I am hoping some of you wise people can help me with.

I have a wedding to go to in a couple of weeks and realised I have no suitable handbag. Dress is very plain and teal(ish) green. Fluffy white carrie thingy. I need a bag and reckon black, silver, grey, etc would all work.

Problem is, all the 'party' bags seem to be clutches at the moment. I will have toddler and baby in tow, so it needs to have some form of strap. Doesn't need to go on my shoulder, it could be a wrist strap but I simply won't have a free hand all day to carry around a clutch.

I'm thinking reasonably cheap and cheerful (around the £20 mark, though I'd go a bit higher if necessary) because it won't get many uses. My normal bags are of the 'enormous bucket you can throw multiple muslins, toys, children's mittens, etc into' variety.

Any ideas?

Just noticed that Oasis have a bit of a sale at the moment, loads of lovely bags! How about this one as it has a long strap? What shoes are you planning to wear?
