Saw my 1st Scouse Brows in RL yesterday. My eyes! (or hers, actually)

They looked very odd indeed. Couldn't quite stop staring. Pretty enough girl, caked on foundation, mazzy etc and these weird drawn-on darke brown eyebrows. Quite panto dame actuallyy.

Scouse brows? What are they? Do we laugh this year and secretly desire them?
