Designer bag repairs

Can anyone recommend a designer handbag repairer in Herts/London area. I've bought a Marc Jacobs bag on ebay but the catch is loose so it comes open. Love the bag so don't want to return it if I can get it fixed. Any ideas please?

If you're certain it's a genuine MJ bag, the Marc Jacobs store in London is your best bet. If they can't arrange a free repair themselves, they should be able to recommend somewhere.

Thanks, that's a good idea, don't know why I didn't think of it. Hope its genuine, if not I've been doubly stitched up!
