here

Don't worry, not going to buy it! - but I love it and as I'm into sewing I'm wondering if I could make one like it. But firstly is it nice and would it be suitable for wearing to a winter wedding (next year - so I have loads of time )?

I like it.
Think it'd be nice for a winter wedding.

Well it's ok but can't see anything about it to justify that price tag tbh. I do wonder though given the plain design of it, if you make one yourself will it just look like something you've run up at home iykwim. Actually on second look, no I don't like it that much.

I really like it, especially the colours. The material is unusual and what makes it stand out.

You could make one?? Wow clever you!

CarolCervix · 04/12/2011 11:26

bit bloody cold for winter. you'd need a cardi.

LadyWord · 04/12/2011 14:54

Well bendybob, that is the question. I could have a go, and it might not work, but it would be cheap (and if it went tits up I could re-use the stuff to make cushions etc.) It is a very simple cut, so I think it's possible. The sash bit also means you don't have to fit it exactly. (daylight robbing chancers!)
