professional hard make-up case

My mission is to take my make-up seriously. Can anyone recommend a site for a proper hard make-up case with multiple compartments, perhaps even a lit internal mirror. Extra points for eu delivery!

I'm looking for something big enough to hold ALL my make-up, so it's got to be around a cubic foot.

I've been up and down the high street becoming more and more irate, so online it is!

I bought a silver train case from eBay....just search train case on there.

Mine is similar to this

Various pro boxes here. Quite expensive though.

Most pro Make up artists use a wheelie case with all their make up stored in see through zip up bags in "categories". That way we aren't restricted by the size and shape of the compartments in the boxes.

I personally love bags like this m.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_157013500599_-1?breadcrumb=Home%7EBeauty%7EAccessories

They are heard wearing and open up as two separate compartments/sides with a clear plastic zip front, and they stack really well in a case.

These are also great for small items like liners, mascaras, lipsticks and separate eyeshadows

The M&S set of 3 bags are also fantastically useful.

Another option is to try art shops and DIY places for storage boxes. They are often cheaper than make up boxes too.

Oh yes, and this one, I forgot. Louise Constad's storage bags are great if you live in a warm country (don't know where you are, but you mention EU delivery), as they prevent products melting from the heat.

Thank you ladies. For some reason I'd had a mental block about ebay - well, once I'd waded through all the stuff from china charging 30 quid delivery (!) I found myself a very nice (I hope) solid case which has a lot of compartments inside for only 41 euros (incl. delivery) from a German site. Hopefully it will be with me in a couple of days and I can disappear in to make-up heaven! Grin

From what I've seen, unless you spend the big bucks (i.e., 200 plus) they're all from the same factory in China...
