Tights and jewellery for this dress please

dressfor christmas partys. Need help with tights and accessories to jazz it up

What kind of shoes will you be wearing?
I think minimal jewellery - studs amd maybe A ring.

I'd wear black opaques and silver jewellery - one huge ring and a necklace and that's it. I don't think the dress needs much accesorising.

I like this technically black, rather than silver but I think it would look good.
