Can a grown woman get away with these?

I was looking at some long john style pjyamas, perhaps a bit like these? However, do you think I'd just look ridiculous?! I'm a size 8/10, but do carry most of my weight on my thighs.

If I could get away with it, has anybody seen any that don't cost £60?!

As long as you dont wear them with Uggs to Tesco then who gives a shit.

Found some similar, but they're out of stock!! They're not quite as nice, but at less than a quarter of the price, can't complain! My H&M is tiny though so I don't imagine they'll have any in.
