I look 'matronly' - bra or top problem?

I depressed myself at the gym yesterday - looking in the mirror - my boobs looked like 2 large grapefruits - quite wide apart and 'globelike' iykwim.

I was wearing a thinish wool, round necked slouchy jumper - but I just looked massive!

Should I change my bra style? I'm a 36D or E or a 38 C depends really. So not huge.
Thinking maybe a kind of push together more - but not padded.

Or just avoid the jumpers??

I went in yesterday to buy a replacement for a bra thats a bit tatty, i thought i just needed a new one in the same size. Spent an hour tryijg on 6 sizes of the same bra, plus every other " t shirt " bra they have in store. Came out with the same style i have been wearing for about 2years ( freya deco) but a back size smaller and one cup size bigger ie a 30F instead of a 32DD. I have lots a little weight and my boobs have finaally recovred from pg/bf ( well all the recovering they afe ever going to do i think)

Know what you mean about queues.. Its ok during the week in the morning but weekebds and lte nights are a nightmare

Forgot to say, i cant wear Fantasie bras as the wires dig in in the middle and panache t shirt bras look like sports bras on me, they squwish my boobs flat. Very weird

Go & get properly measured at bravissimo.. I went in post baby a bit fed up and unable to find a well fitting 34dd bra... Only to come out with boobs that looked as though they'd had a boob job (ie in right place right shape) in a 30f amazing

Well whadya know - the ones that dig into me are ..... Fantasie!!!
Might go and try the Freya's!
I even thought about getting a teeny bit of memory foam or the like and placing it under the end of the wire that digs in - cos the rest of the bra fits like a glove. Maybe a bit of chewing gum...............???
