Is it ok to use a free returns label on an item wasn't included in the free returns offer?

Have done it- not cheeky at all I'd say! (I have even ordered something specifically to get the free returns label). Usually I only ever buy when it's free returns but didn't notice it wasn't once.
Usually it is free returns so I think they are being a bit cheeky when they have some special offer without it!

yes, I do it all the time

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 01/12/2011 15:12

Yes, I save them for that reason.

Great, I am sure the free returns must be factored in the cost anyway!
