Wide fit shoe boots

So thanks to recent pregnancy I officially have MASSIVE feet. I went into Clarks recently to be measured and was told they don't stock my width!!

Anyhoo, I have a wedding to go to next month. It's DP's dads 3rd wedding so quite a casual affair.

I have my eye on this Ascending&categoryId=228107&parent_categoryId=226988&pageSize=200&refinements=Size{1}~[14]&noOfRefinements=1 Grey Dress as it looks as if it may cover a multitude of sins (manky arms, saggy mummy tummy, can be worn with black opaques to cover up my pasty wobbly legs), is a little different and well within my limited price range.

I admit I am a MN S&B novice and have very much lost my way style wise recently so may be shot down here, but I was thinking of wearing it with some shoe boots? (By all means point me in another direction if needs be!) I'm 25 if it makes any difference, and a lumpy size 14.

Can I find any nice, wide fit, size 6 shoe boots? Can I heck! I'm hoping someone may be able to help? I've tried New Look but am unsure where else to look? Any suggestions??

evans do wide fit boots and shoes -they do a mix of quite pricey things and cheap affordable ones

definitely worth a look :)

any help?

bananarama05 · 30/11/2011 23:31

Ooh excellent, they've got some lovely bits, thank you!

Just need to pry myself away from the credit card now before I buy 10 pairs to replace the ones I've just sold on ebay that no longer fit Sad

I have massive feet, or rather paddles, and Blowfish shoes come up lovely and wide. Schuh stock them, they might have something really nice.

By the way, in my experience if clarkes don't do your width you will need extra wide so, so you might not fit many of the standard "wide fit" ranges if you don't fit Clarkes.

Also, if you want boots it might not hurt to go up a size (mine are so big I go up 3 sometimes Blush and still manage to walk). I fit kids shoes and we will very often go up a size for a wide foot
