Just got my ugg boots which I bought on eBay. They are in immaculate condition and are a size 4.5 according to the label. I'm usually a 4 in all other boots. They're just ok - a wee bit tight and are a real struggle to get on and off - will they give a bit with wear? They are kensingtons so leather with fleece inside.
