for 2 weeks time. I have looked in JL, Coast, Jigsaw & French connection.
I have purchased this
www.frenchconnection.com/product/Woman+Collections+Dresses/71MQ6/Fanfare+Jersey+Tie+Dress.htm

Will dress up with heels, but not sure it is special enough.
Am 5f4, size 14, weight not budging much as still bf'ing.

Not very modest for church.

You can get away with just ordinary clothes.

Hadn't considered that, was going to wear with opaques and cashmere cardigan, as I am not that tall it's only a couple of inches above the knee.

I want something gorgeous, it's such a special day for us.

this?

would be lovely with opaques and it s jersey so you could bf from it I d say, and the wrap might be forgiving to a tummy and the tie s and ruching hids hips etc?
maybe a coloured heel and matching bag?

That's lovely. Is black ok for a christening do you think? I do suit black and wear it a lot, I can jazz up with clutch and wrap?

absolutely, black is fine for christening!
I think it s a lovely dress and you would wear it again lots it s a fairly versatile and a bit different for a LBD! as it s winter if you have a sparkley or coloured clutch and heels it will look great !
I love the cerise pink cobalt that seems to be about a lot at the moment - but there s lots of sparkle about too - i think you ll dress it up easily.
