Debenhams online - Any good?

That's all I want to know really. Are they pretty quick at delivery? Says 2 -4 working days on their website but I've not even had an item despatched email. Ordered on Tuesday and really hope it turns up by Wednesday as DS needs it on Thursday!

I had a swimming cosie from them a couple of weeks ago. I got the despatch email the day after I ordered it, so it's funny you've not. The item arrived the day after that.

I've never had any problems with them - hope it turns up in time!

I ordered some stuff a week ago, and received an email on Thursday to say that they were very busy and that delivery would take longer than expected.

I ordered a lot on Sunday. Some of it still isn't here as it comes from different places depending on what you order. I also called on Monday to cancel Sunday's order because on Monday they offered 20% off any order over £50. They couldn't cancel so I have to return that order and wait for the second order placed on Monday to arrive.

I have used them before this - if you need something urgently or by a quick date don't used them.

Okay, sounds like they're very busy with it being that time of the year. Sigh! Not just me then. Thanks everyone, that's very helpful.
