Has anyone tried laser hair removal treatment and what did they think? Did it last? I am so fed up of the hair on my chin and upper lip and looking for a more permanent solution thank plucking/waxing etc. Thanks

I had a course of laser hair removal on my chin a few years ago. It's really good for a few months but it isn't permanent whatever they might say. I had it for a year in total and it's now back to how it was before the treatment. It was great not to have to worry about it for a few months after each treatment though. It can become expensive, I had it at the Skn clinic and it was about £80 or £90 per treatment and if you want to keep having it, that's quite a lot for a bit of hair removal.

Ive had a course for upper lip and chin and it has made a big difference. Some of the hair does come back but it is a lot weaker and lighter and I can now maintain it with waxing every couple of months.

If you have dark hair, the laser works well - in general the darker the hair the more effective is the laser.
