Absolute best thing for strengthening nails?

Have bitten my nails my whole life and am (for the hundredth time) attempting to grow them. Am 10 days in and doing really well but I've never got past 2 or 3 weeks before, mainly because my nails are so soft (imagine a newborn baby's nails) and so as soon as they start to grow they flake and tear. Am using a normal nail varnish type hardener on them daily but what else can I use/take/eat/do to strengthen them?

Book in for a shellac manicure you will have the nails you've always wanted and they look perfect all the time.

I get mine for £6!! But I soak off myself. Norm is £25 BUT my advice is book in for one find out they really do last for 14 days and make your nails like rock then figure out how to do it cheaply (if ££ is an issue) SmileSmile
