What can tom-boy DD wear with this?

It's DD's 5th birthday soon and she's having a pirate party. I've bought her this to wear: girly pirate top.
But, what can I put with it to make it partyish?

Does she want to be 'partyish'? I'd have thought the correct legware is any old pair of trousers still wide enough in the beam but short in the leg, tattered at the bottom.
