I have been invited to my sisters work do, and she said that jeans and sparkly top is best, so I need new jeans.

I am currently almost a 14 (the baby weight is finally shifting!) but not quite, and I am hourglass shaped so I need straight legged jeans but not skinnies, in black that will fit up to my waist as I really cant wear hipsters, but also that wont give me a camel toe (the reason I cant wear hipsters, I keep pulling them up!)

I cant afford to spend much so cheap as chips please!

I have these and they are a really nice fit, very comfy and flattering on the bum, nice stretch so you feel "held in". They don't come in black though. Price is certainly cheap. I am almost a 14 too.

If they must be black, Next can be longer in the body than some

they do have to be black, they are "going out" jeans, but those are such a good price and from what you have said will fit me, so I will buy a pair anyway!

Thank you :)

M&S have lots of black straight legged jeans, I was just on their website and saw many pairs, but they are pricier than the Asda ones, at around £30. Tend to do different leg lengths too which can be useful.

M&S is my current favourite, but I was wondering if there was a special "post baby but pre menopause" jeans shop that I didnt know about!

I have found a pair on M&S that I would like and someone has told me that sainsburys do a "classic" range of jeans that might suit too, so I should find something.

These are for my sisters work do and she is utterly gorgeous (and is assistant GM at one of the most well known spas in the country) so i will be surrounded by slim young and beautiful people, as confirmed by DSis! i know that I will look like a fat, old mother of 6, but I would like people to think "ah well, she doesnt look too bad.....considering" iykwim.

I am looking forward to it so much because me and her have such a good time when we are together, but I am dreading it too. :(
