Bloody cat

My cat has made a hole right in the front middle of my best dress. I can't repair it as it's knitted and has already unravelled. I won't actually kill her but it's taking restraint.

That is all.

If you can match the wool, a knitter would be able to fix it for you.
I had it done years ago, when a puppy chewed a cardigan.

Is that expensive? I haven't got any of the wool but it's just a fine black wool.

A friend of my mums did it for me.
Do you know anyone who knits?

You'd probably find someone on here to do it for you for a small fee.
I've seen threads where people have offered to knit things.
Start a new thread asking for knitting help.

Good luck.

Having just removed yet another mouse that my cat had brought home to take up residence under my bed I can very much understand your feelings towards your cat! Hope you get the dress fixed.

Given the circumstances I think a nice patch made from cat fur might be in order Grin
