Can you help me find a dress for a March wedding?

I'm 6ft tall, a size 12, bit of a podgy tummy.

I tend to like slightly quirky/unusual dresses but can't seem to find anything suitable. I wouldn't want to wear black. Because of my height, I can't wear anything too short.

Budget around £125 but might go higher for the right dress.

Any ideas much appreciated.

I was looking at this but I'm not sure, any opinions?

Hmmmmm - its ok. I just think because its polyester it might look a bit cheap irl. I'd also assume you'd need something on your legs in March and I can't think what tights you could wear with it really ??

Is it the tunic shape you like ?

I liked that because it's a bit different, but you are right I think it might look cheap IRL (I checked out the rest of the range from that brand and it wasn't great).

Not really sure what shape I like, I know I don't like one shoulder/asymetric dresses and they seem to be everywhere at the moment.

I love the Very dress - I think that would look great with your height

Tilly: I do like the Wallis dress, and that's not a shop I had considered looking in. I think the colour might wash me out a bit though. I suit more silvery than goldy tones.

Thatsnot: I like the very dress too but think Tilly has a good point that it might look cheap. I might order it and send it back if I don't see anything else.

Yes I am really liking those flapper-style dresses. Again, that's a colour that washes me out but at least I know what style I want to look for now, so thanks for the suggestion.
