Clarins Hydraquench tinted moisturizer - any good?

I am looking for a tinted moisturizer that actually moisturises - outragous concept, I know.
My skin is getting older dryer, I detest foundation (as does DH Grin, so no point in trying to persuade me otherwise) and need something I can put on in about 3 nanoseconds in the morning.

Is Clarins the way forward?
Laura Mercier? - I've never tried her stuff before....

TIA.

I love it. I use a little Estee Lauder mineral powder over the top as it can be a tad shiny on it's own but I guess any face powder would be fine. It's very moisturising.

Thank you, fairlytired.
I won't be using powder in any form, but if it gets my tight feeling skin moisturised, I shall not mind a bit of shine.

Anyone else?

I like the Laura Mercier. Used it for yonks. I also have old dryer skin!

Ta, Dawn. See, I've heard good things about Laura Mercier, but struggle to find anywhere that will give me a sample, so boo to that!

I appreciate it is a bit impossible difficult to recommend a moisturizer for a perfect stranger, but any hint in which direction I should be will be much valued.

Laura Mercier is great and the tube lasts for ages too.

I moisturise first. Get dressed. Then put the tinted stuff on.

Laura mercier is great but I tried a sample of that BB cream and it was also very nice.

I've been using the clarins hydraquench moisturiser (not tinted) with SPF 15 and love it but I have combination / greasy skin and i was told that hydraquench was for hot climates. Not sure if this suits you?

If you detest foundation - have you seen the thread a while ago on S&B about Bare Minerals?? It is truly magic stuff.

I've tried mineral powder foundation and just did not get on with it.
Admittedly, I have a very low 'cannot be bothered with this faff' threshhold Blush.
