smash box cosmetics any good?

Watching qvc and they're showing a pore and line primer by smashbox which fills in lines - looks like it does a fantastic job... are the smashbox cosmetics any good?

i love the primer, try some, normally debenhams will give you a tester.

also use their lipsticks and eyeshadows, really like them

Sali Hughes in the guardian was raving about smash box primer in her previous articles, was v tempted

I don't think i need the line primer yet but i was really impressed with the results. will grt some testers in debenhams when i'm doing my xmas shopping... have my eye on some mac eye shadows too... well its not xmas without treating yourself is it :o

yes they are fab - I'm tempted by the TSV now...

The primer is good (but not as good as say Clinique City Block, which I know has a different purpose but does provide a better base for make up) and, until recently, I thought the eye shadows were good but they're not a patch on Bobbi Brown.

I was just in Debenhams today and bought a set of their stuff. I've not tried it before but I needed a new water resistant eyeliner pen. They have some great Christmas sets in. The eyeliner I wanted was about £21 but they had it in a kit with 4 eyeshadows and a highlighter for £27 so I got that. They did also have a special offer on the primer and finishing powder in a set. I can't remember the price but it was quite a good saving if you were thinking of getting both.

Their eyeliner comes second only to bobbi brown gel liners but I do love the little selection of eyeliners that came with the TSV.
