Uniqlo Heattech stuff

Any fans out there? Would you recommend vests/short sleeves/long sleeve versions? I work indoors but travel about a bit during the day and don't drive i.e. lots of time at freezing cold bus stops. I know there's no need for thermals yet but I'm scared the winter will be a humdinger after such a mild autumn.

Also, how does the sizing come up? I'm a size 14 with massive (34GG) norks - should I go for L or XL? I would like it to be fitted but not tight, and quite long in the body.

Thanks folks Smile

it's brilliant, go for largest size if you want it long, I also tumble dry mine and no probs

Thanks MissFoodie, do you use any of the other Heattech stuff apart from vests? Leggings, tights etc?

the long sleeve scoop neck tops are brilliant and the leggings also, their tights are fab too

Another HeatTech fan here. I have polonecks, scoopnecks and crewnecks, all long-sleeved, and a couple pairs of leggings.

The tops are great for layering. 30G norks - 12 elsewhere - I wear a medium. I prob won't buy any more scoopnecks as they are a bit low - not immodest, just less warm! I prob would not wear them without something over the top (even just a cardi) as they are very formfitting and make me look like one of those superhero women with the spray-on suits!

The leggings are fine but are quite thin - if I am wearing them under a dress then I wear black tights underneath.

A lovely warm layer.

I have some lovely cable knit tights and some socks, as well as the tops and leggings. I love heattech!

Yes, I agree, they are good and warm! I have a couple of polonecks for under layering and I might invest in some of the tights on dexters recommendation!

I wear the long or three-quarter sleeve. The sleeves can be pushed up easily if needed. Size wise they are clingy but stretchy. M and S do a heat generating range which is also good including a grandad style but a bit tight so go up a size.

They are supposed to be fairly tight to keep you warm.

I like the long-sleeved tops, scoop-neck or polo, depending on what I'm wearing it with. They are lovely and fine for layering.
