Christmas Day dress please

This year, I intend to get dressed up on Christmas day and would like a new dress.

Was thinking of this one but don't know whether it's a bit dull/old.

I'm 36, size 16 and want something sophisticated but not for the over 50s.

Completely clueless with accessories too so any help would be appreciated.

Thats a beautiful dress!! Go for it! I always like to dress up for Christmas day, I feel it adds to the sense of occasion. Just make sure you will be comfortable in it as its a long day! I also bought my "Christmas dress" this week and am very happy with it!!

It's gorgeous but my first thought was 'What bra could I wear with it?' If you have one that gives you enough support and is strapless then it would be fabulous!
