Can you have shoes made smaller?

I have a lush pair of shoes that ive never worn, they are my size but seem to be a funny shape t the back and i have a gap behind my heel which means my heel slips out.
Does anyone know if i can get anything done to them?

Get inserts from the cobblers/shoe shop.

Ive tried heel grips but the gap is at the bottom of the heel rather than the top where the heel grip goes

half-sole?
something like this?

yes ! my local cobbler, the old fashioned type who wears a brown housecoaty thing stuck two strips of leather on the inside, obviously-duh-and then a thin layer of suede on top . they now fit perfectly

Will try housecoaty type of man! Grin

the half sole things no good for where i need the gap filling
