Please help me, I can't seem to find any clothes to suit my shape or flatter me!!

I am a size 18 bottom & a size 20 top.
Only 5ft 2in.
Big boobs (so anything with buttons is out as they will not do up and the next size up looks too big elsewhere)
My tummy above the jeans is big and overhangs my waist
My tummy below my jeans is not great as I have a roll from pregnancy.

  • I also can't where spanx etc. because I have IBS and it is just too uncomfortable

So I need something long enough to cover the roll and to flatter my big belly without making me look pregnant and not too long in the leg or arms.

Is it possible to find petite clothes in larger sizes?
What should I be wearing?

I am similar height and 18 top, 16 bottom.

I recently bought this and it is lovely. I wore it with black leggings and flat boots. I always wear boot cut jeans and was nervous about trying the tunic & leggings look but it is quite flattering.

Thanks that is lovely! I currently have 1 tunic top to go with leggings & I want some more but have been struggling as they are either too long & look like dresses or they have been high neck which do not flatter my boob area or they make me look pregnant!!

I also need some 'going out' clothes, maybe some tops & I am I'm desperate need of some sort of 'going out' jacket/cover up!

Tops are difficult, aren't they? I hate that maternity look. I like the style that seems to be popular at the moment that is elasticated at the bottom. It camoflages the bits I want to hide without being huge and tent like.

I carry most of my weight on my tummy and have biggish boobs too.

I have this and although it veers slightly towards maternity I think it is a good shape on me. I need low neck line. Anything high makes me look very frumpy.

I find Simply Be pretty good but the stuff is on the expensive side. It is worth it though if you find a few things you really like.

I bought this a couple of months ago and it is the first item I have owned for years and years that has gotten me compliments from stranges Grin It is a great feeling.

Thanks so much suiledonn1, I think I just need to have a hunt around and try loads on!! I also think that I need to increase my budget (not by too much though!), after all if it makes me feel great then it will be worth it!
