What does CG stand for? I like Boots' coconut leave in conditioner (spray in) cheap and smells lovely

Curly Girl, it's a no-silicone regime for people with curly barnets. I'll check the ingredients of the Boots one, I like the sound of cheap and smelling nice!

I'm loving the Aussie range at the moment. I'm not loyal though. Or rather my hair isn't. Am deff gonna try that coconut stuff.

Pinner35 · 13/11/2011 21:57

That Boots coconut one is awful.....I took it on holiday with me, and I may as well not have bothered.

Body Shop does a range of silcone, sulphate and paraben free shampoos and conditioners including a spray on leave in conditioner. I am using it at the moment and find it good - about £7 for a large bottle which lasts ages.

warmandwooly · 14/11/2011 08:23

Oh. Then I don't know if the boots one hasn't got an silicone in.

valiumredhead · 14/11/2011 08:26

The Toni and Guy leave in stuff is fantastic.

I swear by this. Cruelty-free, loads of nice ingredients, genuinely conditions (my hair is dyed and it enhances the colour and shine) and acts as a light styling product too.

Thank you ladies!

You can use any conditioner as a leave-in. If you're doing the CG method, put it in while your hair is sopping wet.

MissHonkover · 18/11/2011 15:46

It's for DD, and non-spray conditioners aren't ideal because they're an infringement of her human rights she doesn't like having her hair washed/played with.

Just thinking though, I could water down normal CG conditioner and put it in a spray bottle, couldn't I?
