Anybody found any fantastically cosy jumper dresses?

It's all about the warmth for me. I will NOT be cold this winter

M and S have some and I've tried some tent like ones on in fat face oh and also and a really cheap looking one in Dottie P (why did I bother?) - sort of lost heart then. Any other suggestions?! Thanks

I bought a cashmere jumper dress from Gap last year which is very warm. They have various on their website and in-store this year too.

brora have a beautiful one but it's £££ It's modelled with a gorgeous ethnic-y belt which they also sell

I bought a gorgeous merino wool jumper dress from TK Maxx. The brand is "Mercer & Maddison". It looks like something from Toast but was a fraction of the price - £30. It has a v neck and small pockets with rolled edges rather than ribbing. It has washed beautifully and is so warm & comfy and yet.......duh duh duuuuuh.......stylish! I do wear it with a slip beneath but then that's more because I "discovered" slips in September and I will use any excuse to wear one now.........in my head it imbues me with a "Joan from MadMen" vintage chic-ness .

IMO, merino or cashmere or at least a good percentage of either in a blend is the only way to go for this style of knitwear. Acrylic just makes you hot and sweaty and makes my hair go static-tastic.

I got this one from, ahem, Wallis, its the first time I have shopped in there, honest. It may bobble but the style is quite flattering.
also comes in grey and black

I got a lovely one a few months ago from Sainsburys. Very flattering and smart yet casual. Was only about £15. Wish I'd bought another in a different colour now but they have stopped selling them! :(
