Does anywhere sell summer stuff all year round? And if not, why not?

There is always somewhere hot and beachy all year round, and increasingly people go all over the world all year round.

I live in the middle east and find it infuriating that at this time of year our shops are full of jumpers and tights and boots and woolly bloody hats! Yes, it is our cold time of year... and it is 28 degrees. In fact shorts, t-shirts and swimming togs would be more useful to me now than in the 50 degree summer when we cover up in the sun or skulk in the air conditioning.

And yes, I could plan ahead and buy summer stuff a size big for the coming winter but I'm not always organised enough. And it's hard to know exactly what your children will need 6 months in advance.

Infuriating. Unless you can tell me of somewhere that sells summer clothes in December.

I don't know about kids stuff, but I have always seen beach holiday wear at bigger M&S year round. Some of the mail order companies like boden do a spring/summer preview -- you would probably get the stuff in January if you order now.

Order from Asia or Australia?

The only australian places I can find that do intl delivery are witchery and seed - both fairly pricey, unfortunately.

Next Directory has some summer/holiday stuff in their AW11 catalogue.
