Boden - I just don't get it.....

Am I incredibly naive or are Boden missing a trick. I thought, in these difficult economic times with retailers competing for our pennies, that they would be keen to take money of me. But no, seemingly not. When I tried to add some items to my preview order I was told that I couldn't add to an existing order even though they couldn't fulfil this order til January. When I replied that I wasn't willing to pay a second p&p for an order they hadn't even opened I was answered by a stony silence. Am I missing the point here (btw I live overseas so p&p is a very real consideration)?

that seems really stupid on their part. If their system really can't cope with that, at least they could offer to cancel your previous order and manually re-enter the new order with both the old and new items.
