Posh restaurant, not sure what to wear, help!!

Im going to a michelin star restaurant with dp next week, I have no idea what to wear, most websites say smart but not exactly black tie, dp is going to wear a suit with an open collar shirt, we are planning on going for drinks afterwards so need something that will work for both.
I'm 22 tall an skinny, I've got a few dresses I would usually wear for the drinks part but I'm not sure they would work for the restaurant.
Please help me with some ideas, going shopping on Saturday so any advice will be extremely appreciated. Oh and I am quite fashion forward when it comes to casual and clubbing wear just don't usually do the smart, so I'm willing to try anything. Thanks.

Could I go with a short one sleeve lace black dress or I have just bought a tiger print long sleeved body con that I cant wait to to wear, both with platform shoe boots, a clutch, and what would you suggest as a jacket? A blazer type thing maybe?

I like the sound of the short one sleeve black lace dress with platform shoe boots (and opaque tights I think). Do you have a boyfriend jacket to wear over it that you can take off when you arrive to great effect?

By boyfriend jacket do you mean a blazer/ suit jacket type thing? I'm going to go for the lace dress with black shoe boots probably minus the opaque tights, having a spray tan before I go going to want to show it off lol.
Going to go with light pink nails, any ideas on what sort of clutch I should go for, thinking I need to add a bit of colour, I have found a deep purple box clutch in Newlook that would also go with the tiger print body con I will probably wear the night after but is a bit dark and a bit tacky if I'm honest, any ideas?
