I planned on wearing with charcoal opaque tights and black boots, but what type of top? I did think a charcoal polo neck, but woolly or cotton? or a slash neck top? but I havent a clue.

it was in a shop that is closing down near us, everything under a tenner. I saw a simillar one in fatface here I thought wool might be too much, I tried it with a non-fitted charcoal polo and it looked quite bulky (and Im v slim)

I might go black, or a very dark grey (darker than the skirt or it'd be too matchy matchy IMO). Or a bright/deep colour ? burgundy? Blueish purple? Mustard? Burnt orange?

It's not wool, it's 100% acrylic. May sound like a pedantic distinction but please do look at Wovember for a hilarious (but also serious) explanation of why it's worth making that distinction. I care about this because I come from a sheep-farming area, and I really worry for the future of our landscape and community, to which wool (not acrylic!) is crucial.
