Baby boden sizing

How does it come up? DD is about to grow out of her 9-12 month mother care stuff and is about right in Mothercare 12-18 months. Is it similar sizing in boden?

Only asking because I'm going back to the UK for Christmas and would rather have new clothes waiting for her than have to go shopping once we arrive.

Can't freaking wait for lots of nice cheap kids clothing!

Sorry should add that 12-18 months is still long on her at mother care as she is a little chunk but 50th% for height.

Be interested to see what others think but I would say sizes are on the small side, so if I were you would def order 12-18 mths. Some lovely stuff in Winter range!

I have no idea- DS is a huge 18 month old and his 2-3 yrs shirt is quite big on him, as you would expect, but his 12-18 m sweatshirt is fairly big on him too! So I would definitely go 12-18 months.

Small I'd say

DD is exactly 12 months (well, yesterday) and boden 12-18 months fits quite nicely with a little growing room. She's just under the 50th centile for weight and slightly over for height, so based on that I would say it comes up a little on the smaller side, but not too much.
Sorry, I can't compare it with Mothercare as I'm not in the UK either, but it is a little smaller than M&S. I hope that helps.

Hi,
Definitely small in my opinion
My 7 month old is in 12-18 mths- I find especially arm width a problem.
I have a chunky long baby though!

beatofthedrum · 10/11/2011 08:40

12-18 months def the right size I'd say. Hoping a Christmas fairy brings some winter Boden stuff for ds!

ComradeJing · 10/11/2011 12:08

Ok DD is above the 95% for weight but 50% for length. Damn it! I know that the 18 - 24 months stuff will be WAY too long though.

Their 12-18m dungarees look the same size as the 9-12m ones I've got from Next and H&M so I'd say small.
