MILs 60th, help me find a dress!

I haven't worn a dress in years! my body shape has changed totally since having 2 dcs and I feel like a shapeless barrel. I've decided though to give a dress a try for the first time in flippin years. I am thinking something forties style, with sleeves, opaque black tights and nice black shoes. I might even try spanx .

I really like the dress no 5 from M and S, but sleeves are absolutely obligatory....

Help?

Oh and am a generous 12, a more realistic 14, budget up to about £80
