skinny jeans that go baggy at the knees

Well mine all do for some reason. They're usually stretchy which I choose for comfort (from DP) and some jeggings from warehouse. I have chosen these as they're higher rise. Cant do low rise... Any suggestions for skinnies that won't go baggy at the knees?

I am a big fan of Top Shop Leigh jeans or primarks £9 super skinnies but the key is to buy them as small and snug as you can get into as they then give to just the right size.

I would say that they are medium rise, I am long past the day where I can wear low rise jeans.
