My LO is 3.5 and needs some gloves. They need to be warm and stay on. Are mittens or gloves best at this age?

TIA

My DD has some like this which she loves. A good balance between mittens and gloves - novelty value of being able to flip between the two as well!

Depends what he likes doesn't it?

I have several pairs of those cheap one size fits all gloves so it doesn't matter if they get lost. I have a pair of the monsoon finger glove types like Ouchy linked to that date from when ds was about 2 and refused to wear gloves and I was trying every type possible to find some he liked and I have some nice snuggly mittens for properly cold days that are more waterproof too for playing in the snow.

my dts are 3.1 and only have mittens. H&M are fab although we have some decent ones from Boots. Neither of them have mastered gloves yet and I have 4 dc so they need to put them on by themselves as I don't have time! Ds3 has fleece ones with elastic at the wrists from boots and they are warm, stay on and easy to put on. Wish I had more! Was toying with buying all of them fleece wrist warmers from waterproof world too.

My friend gave me a pair of these and they are excellent;

the length helps keeps wrists warm, they can be worn over or under layers AND more importantly they are really easy to put on!
