Party dress

Looking for a dress for a few christmas party nights. 5'4", dark blonde, size 10/12. Problem: Legs are awful, very chubby knees so anything above knee length is out BUT longer dresses can look a bit frumpy :( Ideas for suitable shoes too please :)

Thanks Tethers like the first one. A little large in the chest area so usually don't go for a high neck.
