tethersend · 06/11/2011 16:42

When you go to the M&S site, can you see it at all? Is it definitely sold out?

Often M&S stuff is in the press long before it hits the shops and the website...

chibi · 06/11/2011 16:44

bear with me i will find the page

OP posts:
chibi · 06/11/2011 16:48

FUCKLES

It is now there

but

it is more or less backless, and i wanted it for work

this would deffo be a case of dress ruined by cardigan

dammit

okaaaaay does anyone know of any dresses with a similar silhouette?

tethersend · 06/11/2011 17:14

chibi · 06/11/2011 17:59

i love the firetrap one - this is exactly the right shape and fabric but i am a cheap bastard - i need

OP posts:
tethersend · 06/11/2011 18:06

Here or here?

noddyholder · 06/11/2011 18:07

Love a few of those. The jaeger one is a possibiltiy. Love love love the quilted but I am too busty for that Glad the paint worked out sometimes it takes a while. I painted our living room in brinjal and it took a while too!

chibi · 06/11/2011 18:12

really like the first one but am wibbling over whether a size 14 would be big enough - seems like maybe only just iyswim

the other is an 8

exactly how do you do this tethers? when i google i get bupkis

OP posts:
tethersend · 06/11/2011 18:16

Google is useless.

I think I just remember stuff.

I clearly have an internet shopping problem Grin

tethersend · 06/11/2011 18:19

Ooh, noddy...

tethersend · 06/11/2011 18:21

Can't you just wear a vest top under the original dress, chibi?

chibi · 06/11/2011 18:32

i just finished reading the reviews and they are mixed to say the least - most saying that you need to be v tall and really slim to work it

at 5'6 and 10st i am neither. Sad

i will see if they have it at my local m+s, i would prefer to try it first rather than face the faff of returning it

do you think a vest would be ok?

OP posts:
chibi · 06/11/2011 18:34

maybe i have some kind of body dysmorphia - i don't think i am a stumpy ole biffer, in fact i think i have a nice figure but many desiners would seem to disagree

OP posts:
tethersend · 06/11/2011 18:52

I think it would work- a high backed black vest underneath.
