make up kit?

can anyone reccommend a makeup kit that i can buy to experiment with as i always wear same old stuff , i dont want a makeover or go to a cosmetics counter, just to try at home, a decent one that will help me look young!

I can't recommend anything specifically but if you're just looking to experiment with lots of different colours it't the right time of year. Look in Boots etc for a Christmas make up gift set, there should be loads to choose from.

Have a look on QVC, they quite often do Bobbi Brown kits and you can't go wrong with BB really - not the most thrilling colours etc but great basics.

If you want to go crazy with colour, try Sleek (from Superdrug), very cheap and very good! Or Urban Decay are great if you are willing to spend a bit more.
