Bra for halterneck dress

Hi ladies
I have a halterneck dress I want to wear. Have v small Aa boobs - dress is low back
Could do with something to avoid the headlight s look ideally something with a bit of padding.... Any suggestions - think I m going to need a taping job- have never done that before anyone got any tips on how to tape your boobs properly - yikes!

Otherwise you can buy Hollywood tape (or wig tape) which is like double sided sticky tape, apply a few strips to each boob, take off outer paper and press dress against it.
