please find me gold/diamond bracelet or bangle. budget max £800. I am 37 no Tiffany please.

DH bought me a lovely diamond bracelet a few weeks ago, budget slightly less than yours but we haggled over price (I looked at something slightly more expensive), but we bought it from a tiny shop rather than a chain. The guy does one offs.

TBH I want it to be value of money. Brand doesn't matter n yes i would prefer it be real diamond/gold....can go lil bit over budget too.

If you want to get REAL value for your money consider looking at second hand or vintage. They don't have the new levy on them for the gold prices so you're more likely to get something that is worth the money.

Most 'new' stock is not actually worth half of what you pay for it.

FWIW I got a lovely 2nd hand tennis bracelet for my mum last year and spent £1200. The same thing with the same size/clarity of diamonds etc in a well known chain of jewellers was £2100.

The shop I got mine from does discontinued lines. I always know I am getting a good deal compared to "chain shops".

I too would look at second hand jewellery.
