Depends is she a guest or part of the wedding party. I had a wedding recently and needed to outfit my 2 year old dd and my nearly 6 year old dd and although initially was thinking monsoon but after thinking about it more decided since they were not part of the wedding party that they could probably wear something a bit less fancy. In the end I got two fabulous outfits from GAP sale rack.... Little ones dress was about £9 (lovely pink chiffon ruffles on a subtle pink dress and the dress was cotton and so washable and comfortable for her) and older daughter got a lovely silky dress with stars on it and sparkle tights... about £12. Not sure if there is anything on the sale racks now but you might want to give it a try. The sparkle tights were lovely and I certainly would buy them again even at full price to "dress up" an outfit.

At the other end of the spectrum..... you could try Angel's Face tutus if you want something a bit more over the top ( and you have more money to spend). They are absolutely lovely.
